- Represents banks and mortgage loan servicers in all stages of the foreclosure process, including contested cases.
- Manages and maintains foreclosure files in accordance with industry compliance requirements.
- Reviews and executes legal documents and pleadings, including but not limited to motions, notices, and affidavits.
- Prepares responses to discovery requests.
- Prepares for and attends court hearings, mediations, depositions, and non-jury trials.
- Compiles and reviews documents required to complete the foreclosure process.
- Prosecutes cases in a timely manner to ensure compliance with client timeline requirements.
- Properly utilizes firm's case management system and reporting to ensure all applicable deadlines are met.
- Reviews information in the firm's case management system and client systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Researches and analyzes statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.
- Legal research and legal writing.
- Ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via client platforms, phone, and email.
- 0-2 years of foreclosure experience
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
