    RAS LaVrar, LLC is a distinguished law firm specializing in creditors' rights, offering top-notch litigation and collection services. Currently, we are looking to fill the Associate Attorney role for our Florida office, where the right candidate can take on various responsibilities.

    At our firm, we foster a friendly work environment that emphasizes internal growth, training, and professional advancement for our employees.

    We are in search of an individual with 0 to 3 years of legal experience (experience in collections is a plus but not mandatory), who can manage workloads efficiently, pay attention to detail, deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate should be capable of working autonomously, possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and must hold a Florida Bar membership.

    Job Responsibilities – As an Associate Attorney, you will:

    • Assist with the firm's Florida operations
    • Represent in hearings within the state
    • Develop effective strategies to resolve cases promptly
    • Conduct a thorough review of all necessary conditions before legal actions
    • Prepare legal documents to commence actions
    • Maintain updated internal systems with accurate information
    • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings
    • Adhere to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations
    • Handle contested matters, including trials and discovery

    Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proficiency in computer literacy and office operations
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Capability to analyze and suggest corrective measures
    • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
    • Capability to work independently

    Required Education and Training

    • Juris Doctor degree
    • 0-3 years of legal experience
    • Florida Bar membership
