- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, suggesting process improvements and implementing them where necessary.
