    Grubhub is looking for a rockstar to join our Solutions Consultant team to support our account teams and restaurant and new verticals partners with their technical integrations for Grubhub Marketplace. You'll work cross-functionally between product, engineering, partner managers, operations, finance, data, and program management to help build technical integrations with our partners on Grubhub Marketplace.
    You'll work with our integration partners who are building to our tech stack or support our team building to our partners tech stack. You'll support partners as they work through development, passing QA, going live in pre-production, and eventually going live with a pilot site in production. From there, you'll help to coordinate rollout waves, with the goal of handing this integration off to the Post-Pilot team, aftering hitting a number of health metrics.
    Our Solutions Consultant team connects our account facing teams and the partners they work with, to our product and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions focused on increasing orders. As Grubhub continues to grow, the Solutions Consultant team will also continue to grow and evolve in how we best support our customers and partners.
    We're looking for someone who loves problem solving and is comfortable with technical integrations. This team will be client facing and will be responsible for communicating updates from product and engineering to our merchant partners. This role will report to a manager on the Solutions Consultants team within the Merchant Network organization.
    The Impact You Will Make

    • Project Management - You'll be working to launch new integration partners, from initial testing through pilot and scaling. You'll be responsible for coordination of the project and a number of KPIs that determine success. Responsibilities include: leading technical calls, helping implement integration features, fielding integration questions from partners, and working with other Solutions Consultants to improve processes and documentation.
    • Technical Aptitude - You will be partnering with Enterprise merchants and integration partners to help them grow their business through the Grubhub Marketplace. You will have support from product and engineering along the way, but being able to have technical troubleshooting and planning calls with partners will be a large part of this role.
    • Strategy - You'll work closely with the Manager of your team to identify ways to support merchant partners and continually analyze the data and results to make recommendations on areas of improvement.
    • Influence - This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll be expected to build trust across multiple teams within Grubhub to advocate for your projects and initiatives.
    • Analyze - We're looking for someone who can think about short term and long term strategy simultaneously. You'll be working with relevant teams to review data to ensure merchants on the platform are healthy and adjust plans internally as needed to drive results.


    What You Bring to the Table

    • Outstanding, positive attitude
    • 2+ years of experience in working in a technical, operational, or consulting role
    • Experience with technical concepts and/or management of a large, technical project
    • Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent communication skills. Good listener, capable of understanding issues and translating them into an appropriate solution
    • Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
    • Familiarity with APIs or SQL a plus
