JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Digital Success Manager, you will get to do more than just drive traffic to your clients' websites. You will get to showcase your ability to lead—both your clients and creative teams SEO and Paid Media initiatives. The DSM spearheads clients' SEO strategy from ideation to execution by collaborating daily with our talented team of Copywriters, Web Development, SEO Strategists and Project Managers.
Like any good account manager, the DSM is responsible for maintaining good relationships with their clients and when something is off, acting on it. To be proactive, they spend ample time analyzing data and adjusting strategy to ensure they bring solutions to our partners first and are rarely caught off guard.
This individual must be able to manage multiple accounts at a time while overseeing projects and initiatives for our clients across multiple departments. They must be an effective communicator and able to think on their feet.
This individual should possess passion and grit, ensuring we are continuously improving our digital strategy best practices, ultimately leading our clients to continued digital success with Abstrakt Marketing Group.
RequirementsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain an average of 97% or higher organic client retention while completely owning client satisfaction.
· Hold and document monthly results meetings with a minimum of 90% or higher of client base. All client meetings should have a Zoom recording, confirmed CFS number with explanation and meeting duration must be 25+ minutes.
· 100% of AR collected by the 15th of the month and all billing is signed off on in time for the accounting to department.
· Ensure all clients are implemented properly and set up for success by assisting or leading in the sitemap and strategy creation process.
· Collaborate and communicate client feedback with Content and Creative Department to ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
· Ensure proper communication with Partner Success Manager to create a cohesive relationship with clients that utilizes Pipeline Inbound and Outbound.
· 100% client account page ownership to ensure team members can always obtain accurate client information.
· Help clients increase brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns while tracking client conversion rates—what worked, what didn't, and why?
· Stay on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· 1-3 years account management experience preferred.
· Willingness to enhance SEO knowledge by playing the SEO Strategist role for a minimum of 60 days.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, understanding of SEO, creative writing skills, and a sophisticated understanding of digital trends and how to execute within them.
· Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and ability to hit deadlines.
· Ability to effectively collaborate and excel in a team environment.
· Demonstrate emotional intelligence and exhibit professional demeanor and appearance.
· An eye for details from design to execution while demonstrating a customer-first approach.
· Be a strategic thinker, be able to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise.
· Understanding of WordPress and how to upload content and deliver basic changes.
· Knowledgeable in digital programs such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yext, and SEMrush.
· Highly proficient computer skills including WordPress, SEMrush, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
