At one of our renowned clients in Cologne, this interesting opportunity is available as part of our recruitment services.

Your tasks

  • Administration and support of our client information system (Connext Vivendi)
  • Administration and support of business applications (finance, client management, facility management, time management, inventory management, reporting and BI tools, etc.)
  • Further development of the application landscape in collaboration with key users and departments (digitalization, mobile solutions, etc.)
  • Technical implementation of new applications and modules / installation and testing of software and database updates
  • Administration of application and database servers (Windows Server, MS SQL) as well as web applications
  • Management of interfaces between different systems / data exchange with cost carriers
  • Administration of SQL databases: updates and troubleshooting, creation/deletion of databases and tables
  • Monitoring and performance analysis of servers, services, and databases
  • Script programming to facilitate and automate administrative tasks (e.g. PowerShell)
  • General user support, troubleshooting, and change management in first and second level / forwarding and tracking of issues to the manufacturer's support
  • Participation in documentation (systems, processes, and workflows)

Your profile

  • Degree or successful completion of training in the IT field
