Our client is looking for a friendly and helpful team member to provide support to their team.


In this role, your responsibilities will include organizing and managing the outpatient private medical consultation, maintaining digital patient records, reviewing physician letters, handling private billing with the patient management department, monitoring and maintaining digital billing, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and organizing appointments, travel planning and reimbursement, coordinating tasks related to healthcare and education, assisting with event organization, and supporting personnel organization matters.

To be successful in this role, you should have completed a secretary training program or have equivalent qualifications.

You should also have excellent knowledge of common office applications, strong organizational skills, the ability to handle stress, and flexibility.

Additionally, you should possess strong personal and social skills, be proactive, and have the ability to self-reflect.

You should also be open to new structures and process optimization, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and enjoy working with people.
