    Description

    CRAIG WILSON is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose. With a legacy of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of excellence. In this role, you will engage with our current 2,000 business clients, foster new relationships, and lead a small team. Your journey will involve mastering our processes, evolving into an Agency Director. The compensation for this position is a weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and support incoming team members on our systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities via Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail
    • Effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Superb supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
    • Passionate about helping others and building connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
