    Description
    CRAIG WILSON is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong sense of commitment and enthusiasm. With a rich 120-year history in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and success. This role involves understanding and serving our existing base of 2,000 business clients, expanding our network through referrals, and guiding a small team to do the same.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities in a B2B context.
    • Supervise team activities and drive results.
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Effective performance in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
    • Devotion to assisting individuals and fostering connections.
    • Experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community involvement inclination.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
    • Mandatory 45-day assessment period before progression.
