    Description

    CRAIG WILSON is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and a clear sense of purpose. With over a century of history in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will handle a diverse set of responsibilities, from servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients to cultivating new partnerships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks, guiding them towards excellence.

    As you become an expert in our processes and systems, you will progress towards the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members
    • Daily reporting using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focusing on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability in time management to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
    • Passion for aiding others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background record and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
