    Description

    CRAIG WILSON is searching for a driven leader to join our team, someone with passion and purpose. With a remarkable 120-year history in the industry, we are looking for an individual who can handle servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, nurturing relationships to acquire new clients, and overseeing a small team to achieve these objectives.

    As you become adept at our processes and systems, you'll eventually transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing systems
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail abilities
    • Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting people and building strong relationships
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
