- Hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structures
- Possess a P.E. or S.E. certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a structural engineer working on various building types
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Capable of working well within a team environment
