- Develop and nurture client relationships within the Aviation and Transportation sectors.
- Organize meetings with clients, local authorities, contractors, and the general public.
- Handle project management tasks, such as contracts, cost estimates, and client billing, primarily focusing on Wisconsin airports and FAA projects.
- Support marketing activities including proposal creation, project presentations, and participation in the Annual Wisconsin Aviation Conference.
- Assist in project design, permitting, and technical documentation.
- Act as a resident engineer and oversee construction projects when necessary.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Have over 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering with a specialization in transportation/aviation projects.
- Possess a PE License.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is desirable.
- Familiarity with FAA and Wisconsin Bureau of Aeronautics protocols is a plus.
- Demonstrate experience in project management and business development.
- Previous involvement in construction management oversight as a project leader/resident engineer is advantageous.
