As our project coordinator in Duluth, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project requirements in terms of functionality, timing, business economics, and quality with the product line, development departments, and process partners
  • Developing suitable concepts for implementing requirements while considering maximum synergy with existing solutions within the company and/or on the market
  • Reporting in the product lines
  • Planning and controlling deadlines and resources, as well as conducting risk and change management to realize project requirements

As our ideal candidate, you:

  • Hold a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Have extensive professional experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electronics development and concept development
  • Have experience in project management of complex automotive systems
  • Have knowledge of hardware/software development processes/control tools and IT expertise
  • Have experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and colleagues, with a confident demeanor, initiative, and willingness to travel
  • Possess team and communication skills, as well as cross-functional and interconnected thinking
  • Have fluent German and English language skills
