- Manage projects including planning, scope, budget, and QA/QC
- Prepare proposals and budgets
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Support business development efforts
- Design coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects
- Prepare technical reports and regulatory permits
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in coastal and waterfront projects, client and project management
- PE License
- Experience in regulatory compliance
- Previous exposure to funding and grants is a plus
