    We are looking to add aCivil Project Engineer, PEwho will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community

    What You Will Be Doing:

    + Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple civil engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction

    + Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.

    + Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies

    + Read and interpret civil engineering plans, specifications and reports

    + Provides technical advice regarding civil design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff members

    + May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)

    + Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff

    What We Are Looking For:

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university

    + Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota

    + 4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure preferred

    + Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration

    + AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency

    + Knowledge of MnDOT requirements

    + Possess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required
