- Filing
- File pending items
- Print and file documents from shared into existing files
- Create files for newly hired employees or other staff as needed, print and file new hire paperwork
- Pull terminated employee files, scan contents to share drive, then store physical items with other term employee files
- Data Entry
- Entering new hire information into SPD (affiliation, staff type, distributions, employment dates, title)
- Updating staff and faculty dates as needed (extensions, promotions, transfers, etc.)
- FSC & ST Lecturer appointments
- Resume Redaction
- Enterprise Awards
- Managing POs (payments/maintenance)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of experience in a role related to Human Resources
- Be able to work in a hybrid schedule
- Effective Human Resources administration, performance management savvy and people management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An independent and motivated self-starter

Human Resources Coordinator
Our client, a highly acclaimed university in the Cambridge, MA area, is looking to bring on HR Coordinator to join their team. This candidate must be able to be professional and handle confidential information at times. They will be dealing with faculty, staff, and student records at times.
