- If the Bachelor's degree is not in the human services field, the candidate must have at least 1 year of related work-life experience.
- Additional qualifications can include an RN or LPN with 2 years of related work-life experience.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence and no more than 5 points on driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years' old.
- Must be able to successfully complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.
