Description

We are seeking an experienced
personal care assistant to join our team in the
Holland, Michigan area. In this position, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home care and support to elderly and disabled clients.

Clients are located in the
Holland, Michigan area and
hours would range between 10am-8pm or second shift hours As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, and report any changes or concerns to the care management team
Engage clients in conversation and activities to provide companionship and improve their quality of life
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client care in AxisCare

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience working in home care, nursing, or caregiver role
preferred

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
certification is not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality

Reliable transportation and valid driver license is required to travel to client homes within the Holland, MI area.
