SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the primary contact between the Residential Mortgage Line of Business' CRM package (Total Expert), the bank's Segment Marketing Director, and the line.
This position would interact directly with various business units across the company to insure that our marketing strategy is adequately meeting their goals and objectives.
In addition, the role will support the Mortgage President with administrative tasks in an executive administrator fashion.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a two years' college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in Graphic Design or Web Design at a business or trade school required, bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working in the mortgage/financial industry preferred
Marketing communications experience a plus
Experience in CRM (including, but not limited to Total Expert, etc.) email and mobile marketing, preferably within a mortgage/banking institution or professional services firm a plus
Experience developing customer acquisition and retention campaigns using different channels including email, social media, advertising, events, direct mail and content marketing
Experience with content writing desired, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Project)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with shifting priorities
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage several simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent written communication skills, and ability to work and collaborate within a team
Ability to understand and apply branding guidelines
Great attention to detail and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right
Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage the office area of the Mortgage President, serving as administrator, secretary and receptionist. Exercising tact, judgment, initiative and acquired knowledge of the mortgage division's functional organization. Also, screen visitors to determine those who can be handled by subordinate officers and staff.
Maintain President's calendar and remind president of scheduled appointments and meetings. Ensure that meeting participants are informed of dates and times and have all necessary information, documents, etc.
Purchasing contact for office supplies, etc.
Collaborate with sales partners and product team to develop loan product marketing materials, campaigns and sales training/support
Collaborate with marketing, business development and production/sales team members on complex or special projects bringing ideas to life
Facilitate creative reviews with MarCom, legal & compliance
Drive process enhancements around controls, quality and speed to market
Responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of the CRM (Total Expert) system and email marketing software system to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet company's needs
Manage activities related to mortgage loan originator recruiting and growth initiatives, including development of messaging, contact/engagement strategies, collateral, and advertising
Advance and maintain the enterprise-wide CRM Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment
Assist with Mortgage Banker social media posts
Maintenance of marketing library
Assist with onboarding new team members regarding marketing support tools
Leads change/release management efforts and responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures that adhere to corporate policies
Manages user access to network, applications, and related integration partners and adheres to corporate security policies
Adheres to corporate Vendor Management and Change Management Policies
Assists with user training
Regularly interact with peer banks to nurture beneficial relationships where common knowledge and experience can be leveraged for our benefit
Other duties as assigned
COMPLIANCE
Responsible for learning, understanding and practicing required fraud prevention practice, BSA and OFAC compliance requirements
Ensure that UCMS adheres to all applicable federal and state regulations
Maintain confidentiality of all customer files & associated information
Assist examiners and auditors by providing required documentation
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not manage employees.

POSITION TYPE
This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
TRAVEL
This position requires up to 5% travel.
