    Human Resources CoordinatorLocation: Alexandria, VA; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

    Pay Rate:
    $28-33/HourOur client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR Team

    Job Responsibilities:
    Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Conduct employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates. Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.

    Assist supervisors in performance management proceduresRequirements:

    Experience in 2+ Years Experience in HR Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS Soft Skills Independent, Attention to Detail, Organized, Focused, Excellent Communication Skills Education Bachelors Degree Strongly PreferredThis Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
