Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Music & Arts, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns. You will be tasked with creating, optimizing, and analyzing performance marketing initiatives across online channels to enhance our reach, drive customer acquisition, and achieve conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Collaboration:
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for enhancement to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify target keywords, audience segments, and demographics for optimal campaign targeting.
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data.
Content and Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing page content for our target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing materials.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for optimal ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Offer recommendations for refining our marketing approach based on competitor insights.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders highlighting KPIs and insights.
- Effectively communicate strategies, progress, and results to cross-functional teams and management.

For those interested in joining our band, the following experience is required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years of demonstrated experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data for informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Aptitude for keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments.
