- Lead the development and management of integrated campaigns and programs that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and promote conversions;
- Design campaigns and blend the optimal mix of inbound (content development & SEO) and outbound (paid traditional & digital) marketing tactics to meet performance goals;
- Introduce, expand, and integrate digital marketing and social media tactics as part of all campaigns. Streamline campaign planning process and asset management for increased efficiency;
- Assist with strategic business development and product marketing as assigned;
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, website development, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and the ownership in designing and creating images for marketing collateral;
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and recommend solutions to improve conversion rates;
- Write newsletters and blogs based from selected keywords and topics;
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets and provide periodic reports on key metrics, and
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required;
- A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience;
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
- Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager and Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics,
- Experience in Adobe Suite, specifically in PhotoShop and other graphic design platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Extensive participation in industry-related tradeshows, associations, and other professional activities that lead to stronger brand equity;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Exemplary communication skills: oral, written, auditory, and presentation, and;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
