The Role:

The Operations Support Specialist is an entry level position at WR Wealth Planners. In this role you will be part of a team and play a critical role in successfully onboarding new clients. This includes new account opening in Schwab, preparation, tracking and follow through in our CRM, and the completion of compliance tasks and action plans. You'll assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for prospect and client meetings and work with our Wealth Advisors to analyze, research, and implement solutions. You'll learn our technology stack and continuously deliver five-star client service.
