    **Hospice Liaison / Sales Representative** - Raising the standard of Hospice Care We are growing and adding to our team. Highly competitive base salary & lucrative bonus. Hospice, Home Health, Long Term Care/SNF, Post Acute Care, Acute Care experience only. Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are must haves **Need Sales Reps with established contact/referral sources in:** Arlington, Dallas, Denton, Carrollton, Fort Worth, McKinney areas **Responsibilities:**

    High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals

    Promote our Hospice's unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

    **Qualifications:**

    **Hospice, Home Health, Long Term Care/SNF, Post Acute Care, Acute Care Sales Experience**

    **Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are a must**

    Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources

    Familiarity with Contact Management software

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Ability to work independently

    Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

    Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance

    **Experience**:

    Minimum: 3 years sales experience as outlined above (REQUIRED).
