    Job DescriptionCrunch Fitness in Palatine is a gym that believes in making serious exercise fun by fusing fitness and entertainment and pioneering a philosophy of No Judgments. Our gyms are packed with the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, weight room, full service locker rooms with showers, tanning booths, HydroMassage bed, and an extensive schedule of Crunchs signature classes including Zumba, BodyWeb with TRX, Yoga Body Sculpt, Belly Butt and Thighs Bootcamp, and more.

    This is an entry-level position in the Sales and Marketing department. This person must be able to:
    • Believe in fitness and the Crunch Gym
    • Communicate clearly and motivate potential members and lead sources
    • Develop and execute marketing and sales efforts for the Gym
    • Utilize CRM software, Powerpoint and other sales management tools
    • Multi-task
    • Maintain accurate and keep up to date records
    • Must have superb customer service, social and marketing skills and live a healthy lifestyle
    This position will include day to day marketing-both regular and corporate sales, for assigned Crunch Fitness locations, as well as attendance of outside marketing events deemed necessary by regional and program director and on-sites as required by the program. Some weekend and night work will be required. Flexibility with work schedule is a must. The position will also provide assistance to the Corporate Sales Director in implementing and maintaining the Health and Wellness Corporate Program within the assigned club locations. All necessary training and materials will be supplied for success.
