    We are looking for an inspiring leader to define and complete our content strategy, bringing our bioproduction strategy, content and messages to life. The successful candidate will be familiar with bioprocessing applications and have experience supporting value propositions with engaging content that drives customers through the funnel. This role will work with Marketing, Commercial, Product Management and Applications teams to lead strategic-planning, creation, and management for a breadth of content.

    Senior Content Manager responsibilities will include:

    • Lead the development and execution of content strategies across business units and campaigns to build outstanding written materials including application notes, case studies, white papers, thought leadership articles, webinars, and more.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and speak to their problemsand decision drivers, build content that engages customers at all points along the sales funnel.
    • Understand and ask thoughtful questions to strengthen messaging.
    • Work closely with Product Management, R&D and Market Development to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities, campaigns, product launches and events.
    • Source and leverage critical metric data to advise content strategy and be a thought partner to Market Development in ideating marketing strategies.
    • Partner with Market Development to craft impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programs.
    • Work with other Content leaders across the organization to implement standard methodologies.
    • Continuously optimize content approach based on historical learning and data driven experimentation.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred
    • 5+ years in Content Marketing, with leadership experience
    • Proven capability in copywriting and editing, excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to take complex information and communicate it clearly, in simple and understandable language for our target audience
    • Data-driven and highly analytical
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to respond to evolving priorities
    • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
