    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a versatile Content Marketing Strategist with expertise in social media to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a consultant to our client organizations in the education sector. You will analyze existing social media and content strategies, review analytics reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their mission and priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a consultant to external organizations, conducting audits of their social media presence and content strategies.
    • Analyze social media metrics and analytics reports to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders from client organizations to understand their mission, target audience, and strategic priorities.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies, specializing in social media, to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
    • Create detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and actionable insights based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
    • Conduct comprehensive research on the social media habits, preferences, and behaviors of targeted demographics.
    • Develop customized content plans and editorial calendars tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to client teams, offering expertise in content creation, community management, and social media best practices.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to inform strategy development and implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing roles.
    • Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and content management platforms.
    • Experience conducting social media audits and developing data-driven insights to inform strategy.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong client relationships.

    Engagement Details:

    • This is a contract position with a defined project scope and duration.
    • Compensation will be based on experience and project deliverables.
    • Remote work arrangement with flexibility in scheduling and availability for client meetings and deliverable deadlines.
