Essential Duties

  • Develop the AMCS content strategy in conjunction with our go to market teams that expands, repurposes, and optimizes our existing content library to deliver on our growth goals
  • Implement the AMCS content strategy across our website, collateral, and demand generation tactics.
  • Master the AMCS message framework and voice and mentor a team of content creators on creativity, messaging, voice, editing, and clarity
  • Drive execution of an integrated content strategy and calendar, with a focus on key campaigns, product and feature launches, and industry trends
  • Manage and communicate content production progress of the entire content team
  • Create multichannel content that tells an integrated story and builds our brand position
  • Analyze and review content engagement metrics monthly and use learnings to influence content strategy

Required Qualifications

  • A writing portfolio of both long and shortform business content and/or writing for general audiences.
  • 7+ years of experience crafting B2B sales/marketing materials, preferably for a technology company or enterprise software products in the sustainability space.
  • Experience in mentoring or directly managing a team of content creators or agency partners
  • Relentless attention to copyediting and quality.
  • A background in sustainability and/or technology and the skill to turn a complicated, technical topic into compelling content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing tactics to align content deliverables with acquisition strategies.
  • A selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced environment and approaches collaboration with kindness, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • A desire to learn and a connection and accountability to the AMCS mission and brand.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably with a Marketing, Communications, or Business emphasis or equivalent work experience.
