    Manning Kass is looking for a motivated Litigation/Coverage Attorney to join their New York Team

    As a Litigation Attorney at Manning Kass, you will play a key role in providing top-notch legal representation to businesses and individuals, handling litigation strategies, client communication, and representation in various legal proceedings.

    The role involves handling all aspects of defense and coverage litigation, requiring strong teamwork, excellent litigation, writing, and speaking skills. While trial experience is preferred, a strong willingness to become a trial attorney is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle cases and execute litigation strategies
    • Manage client communications during litigation
    • Represent clients in various legal proceedings

    Requirements

    • JD from an accredited law school
    • Licensed in New York (New Jersey licensure a plus)
    • 3-8 years of civil/general litigation experience
    • Experience in personal injury and insurance defense
    • Strong research, discovery, and case handling skills
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
