    Description

    Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm, is looking for an Associate Attorney for its toxic tort / product liability practice group in New York City.

    This is a great opportunity for attorneys who want to improve their litigation skills, manage a case load independently, but still receive guidance and training from experienced partners.

    This is a hybrid position, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • Current, active license to practice law in New York. Dual licensure with surrounding states desirable;
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in civil litigation, including drafting legal documents, legal research, and deposition experience;
    • Prior toxic tort experience preferred;
    • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively;
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
    • Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues;
    • Willingness to take ownership of projects and assignments;
    • Experience with mediations/arbitrations desirable.
