Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Deliver quality, value-based, outcome-driven preventive health care
Diagnose & treat acute and chronic medical problems
Coordinate care with other providers and specialists, as needed
Strive to improve health and happiness for patients and the team on a daily basis
Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion
Comply with medical care regulations and safety standards

Skills & Requirements Of The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Compassion, empathy, and self-awareness
Ability to multi-task, think critically, and find solutions to any problem
Strong leadership and effective communication skills
At least 1 year of experience as a PCP responsible for managing chronic & acute medical problems as well as initiating medications and other interventions to manage such problems
