Summary:
As an integral member of our team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications
- Provide patient education and counseling on a variety of health topics
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Valid Arizona license to practice medicine and DEA license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$124, $131,887.00 per year
