    Location: Lafayette, LA

    Salary: $13/hour - TEMPORARY (1 MONTH)
    Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM

    We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist & Service Dispatcher for a one-month assignment in Lafayette, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors, as well as dispatching service calls to our team of technicians. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful contribution to our team.

    Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
    Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are assisted in a timely manner.
    Provide information to callers and visitors as needed, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
    Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
    Receive service requests from clients via phone or email and accurately record them in the system.
    Dispatch service calls to technicians based on location, availability, and expertise, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    Communicate with technicians to provide relevant details about service calls and ensure timely responses to client requests.
    Monitor the status of service calls and follow up with clients as necessary to provide updates on progress.
    Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments as needed.
    Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    Skills:
    Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

    High School

    Experience:
    0-1 years

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
