    Join the USC Viterbi School of Engineering as an Assistant Director in Viterbi Career Connections (VCC)!

    The Assistant Director will play a key role in providing a range of career services and programs to both undergraduate and graduate engineering students.

    Within VCC, you will be involved in managing internship courses, organizing career events, and providing career advisement to students. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Student Career Readiness, Advisement, Event Management, and Internship Courses
      • Manage undergraduate and graduate engineering internship courses
      • Oversee the company site visit program, ViterbiTrek
      • Advise engineering students on career options and trends
      • Participate in planning and executing VCC events
      • Collaborate with internal and external partners

    This position will also involve development and maintenance of internship courses, event assessments, and report preparation. You will be expected to work onsite for a minimum of three days per week.

    Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in student affairs or related field, knowledge of USC programs, and experience with various software tools. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
