Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team at Fort Meade, MD You will oversee the mechanical quality control aspect of the construction project. This position requires 100% travel.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Electrical-focused quality aspects of construction project from submittals to closeout
Conduct Three-phase inspections (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow Up)
Prepare and conduct weekly coordination meeting.
Interface with QA, System QC, COR, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Utilize RMS 3.0 to prepare and submit documents.
Prepare QC daily reports, RFIs, Pay Requests, on other required documents per specifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years previous experience in construction quality control
4 year degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong leadership qualities
Active Quality Control Management Certification #784
Deadline and detail-oriented
