- Perform duties and deliver results in new situations while adhering to safety policies without compromising the team's values
- Support the loading and unloading of grain from rail cars and/or trucks
- Support inventory reconciliation
- Manage employee schedules including PTO, to maximize plant efficiency
- Manage and aid site maintenance and reliability tasks
- Manage local team members and support their development and growth
- Ensure product meets all specifications through quality inspection
- Have a passion for production management, a desire to learn new skills and a continuous improvement/process improvement mindset
- Develop relationships with customer counterparts, facilitating quality goals and expectations.
- Other responsibilities as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years operations experience preferred
- Must have mechanical aptitude for minor repairs to the equipment when necessary
- Strong reading comprehension, writing, and math skills
- Proficient in English both written and verbally
- Ability to run large equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to lift 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
- Able to wear respiratory protection
- Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time as necessary
- Able to work in hot and cold conditions, both in an office environment and in the grain elevator
- Ascend and descend stairs throughout the facility
- Wear the required Personal Protection Equipment
- Other duties as assigned by role.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for supervising, coordinating and conducting operations for the customers and team at an ACI location. This role will be expected to maintain a professional relationship with internal stakeholders, coworkers, site managers and customers. This position is located in Idaho Falls.
