    LOCATION OF POSITION:
    **Newdale, IdahoAre you looking for an opportunity to leverage your talents in a growing organization?     PURPOSE OF POSITION:
    This position is responsible for supervising, coordinating and conducting operations for the customers and team at an ACI location. This role will be expected to maintain a professional relationship with internal stakeholders, coworkers, site managers and customers. This position is located in Idaho Falls.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Perform duties and deliver results in new situations while adhering to safety policies without compromising the team's valuesSupport the loading and unloading of grain from rail cars and/or trucksSupport inventory reconciliationManage employee schedules including PTO, to maximize plant efficiencyManage and aid site maintenance and reliability tasksManage local team members and support their development and growthEnsure product meets all specifications through quality inspectionHave a passion for production management, a desire to learn new skills and a continuous improvement/process improvement mindsetDevelop relationships with customer counterparts, facilitating quality goals and expectations

    Other responsibilities as neededQUALIFICATIONS:
    The ideal candidate will possess the following:High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years operations experience preferredMust have mechanical aptitude for minor repairs to the equipment when necessaryStrong reading comprehension, writing, and math skillsProficient in English both written and verballyAbility to run large equipment Excellent interpersonal skills and a team playerENVIRONMENT/


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Able to lift 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of forceAble to wear respiratory protectionAble to sit at a desk for extended periods of time as necessaryAble to work in hot and cold conditions, both in an office environment and in the grain elevatorAscend and descend stairs throughout the facilityWear the required Personal Protection EquipmentOther duties as assigned by role
