    Job Overview


    The Senior Manager, Marketing Creative Services balances creativity with process to lead Learning A-Z's shared marketing services department, including design, copywriting, project management, and social media development.

    This leader has experience in the development of wide array of customer-facing marketing content and is skilled at balancing execution with excellence, delivering quality projects that are on time and on-brand.

    This role is critical in steering our brand's original direction, ensuring all marketing materials align with our vision and strategy.

    The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a passion for creativity, a knack for coaching, and a deep knowledge of marketing trends.

    Job Responsibilities


    Lead the development of strategic concepts, designs, and creative solutions that include thought leadership, lead generation, product launch projects, and campaigns.

    Develop high-impact content across vehicles and media, including print collateral, digital advertising, lead generation opportunities, webinars, digital events, and social media.

    Coach the creative design copywriting/content team to deliver content and experiences that are simple, human, inspiring, and beautiful.
    Develop, refine, and champion clever ideas and campaign concepts that are thoughtful and clear across multiple channels.

    Audit current creative process:
    recommend & drive changes that will lead to step-change improvement in speed, quality, and efficiency.
    Build and refine processes that improve documentation, resource management, schedule development, trafficking, and effective communication across internal groups.

    Ensure internal resources and contractors are working with one cohesive, documented process to enable work to get done in a timely, transparent, and effective manner.

    Oversee the selection and management of flexible design and copywriting contract resources as needed to support overall business objectives; manage budget for contractor resourcing.

    Job Requirements

    At least 5+ years of experience in a full-service advertising, digital creative agency, or in-house creative department.
    5+ years conceptualizing, creating, and producing global advertising campaigns.
    2+ years leading creative production teams, ideally a blend in-house and agency talent.
    Creative portfolio that includes produced work for advertising campaigns, added bonus if there are any K-12 education examples.
    Excellent internal and external communication and presentation.
    A passion and an eye for good creative work.
    A constant interest in culture and marketing trends; K-12 experience is a plus.
    An understanding of digital media and how data can power creative executions.
    Experience developing and executing tactical plans.
    Brand/campaign management, including creation and management of brand style guides.
    Expert-level knowledge of what makes an email, branded ad, or webinar successful in B2B.
    Well-rounded with digital channels/social media trends.
    Needs to be versed in CRM & designing emails.
    Experience building content for social media across channels including Facebook (Facebook live & ads), LinkedIn, and Instagram.
