Responsibilities:


  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations by business planning to include setting budgets, making annual goals, and managing team performance
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer needs by reviewing customer activity, training teams, staying ahead of trends, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities, maintain a strong talent pipeline and provide consistent, inlocation leadership

Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in a funeral and cemetery sales role, with 3+ years' experience in regional or multilocation leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • In depth knowledge of professional selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivational techniques
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
