    Role

    Westrock Coffee is on the lookout for an energetic and innovative individual to spearhead our Dispatch Operations Team.

    Your role will involve data-driven decision-making, unifying and optimizing our team's efforts to enhance capacity, elevate service levels, and surpass our partners' expectations.

    Responsibilities


    • Empathetic Leadership: Lead with empathy and genuine care for your team, focusing on their development and coaching.
    • Operational Excellence: Drive operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across dispatch operations.
    • Effective Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate daily dispatch activities to exceed partner expectations.
    • Resource Management: Monitor dispatch operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and swift resolution of conflicts or delays.
    • Team Motivation: Mentor and motivate your dispatch team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
    • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities.
    • Positive Environment: Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with Service Technicians and Equipment teams to ensure exceptional service delivery for partners and customers.

    • Responsive Communication: Address partner and customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to dispatch operations promptly and professionally.
    • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partner and customer satisfaction through dispatch solutions and process improvements (LEAN methodology).

    • Effective Communication: Strong oral, presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
    • Organizational Skills: Demonstrates excellent planning, organizational, and administrative abilities.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled at interacting with individuals across diverse levels within a corporation, providing consultative expertise and leadership.
