As a (Junior) IT Operations Manager (w/m/d), you are the central point of contact for IT questions from your internal colleagues


Responsibility:
You are responsible for analyzing and resolving complex problems and ensuring the operation of our on-premise and cloud infrastructures


Hands-on:

You take on the central management and configuration of IT assets with a focus on a comprehensive digital workplace and are happy to tackle your colleagues' problems directly on site.


Keeping an eye on everything:
With our monitoring systems, you have all important systems in view and are responsible for reviewing, resolving, and coordinating alerts with our external service provider


Service:
You not only fix the problem, but also get to the root cause. You actively contribute to shaping the new ITSM area and bring your own ideas.


Teamwork:
Mutual exchange with your colleagues and coordination with external service providers are a matter of course for you.
