We are looking for you to join our team in Essen as a KI Operations Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team.

YOUR TASKS

Management of AI projects: You will be responsible for leading and implementing AI projects from conception to operational implementation (especially in the area of commercial service units)
Keeping an eye on trends: You will identify new technological developments in the field of AI and derive opportunities and concrete implementation possibilities for the company
Interface management: You will work closely with the Process Excellence Unit and FUNKE Technology (internal IT service) to support process optimization and coordination with commercial service areas
Tool management: You will be responsible for the implementation, management, and monitoring of AI applications, as well as continuous improvement of AI applications and models
Knowledge transfer: By conducting workshops and providing advice on best practices, you will increase awareness and understanding of AI in the company and help solve technical challenges
IT competence: You will apply basic IT skills necessary to support and implement AI projects
Data protection and compliance: You will be responsible for compliance with data protection policies and will address ethical principles in the use and implementation of AI systems
