    Description

    TRC Talent Solutions has a direct hire opportunity for a National Sales Executive in Addison, TX

    The National Sales Executive is responsible for building and establishing new client relationships and managing company expectations.

    Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new clients through various methods including cold calls, emails, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Create relationships with decision makers throughout the assigned territory and vertical
  • Develop new and inventive sales methodologies to imrpove the overall sales cycle
  • Create new opportunities to expand business
  • Strong understanding of company products and services
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
  • Manage all client expectations while adhering to company policies
  • Prepare sales contracts and negotiations
  • Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Business-to-Business sales position
  • Proficient in Hubspot
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
