    Description

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a platform product management, demonstrating a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Technical Skills: Expertise in APIs, infrastructure, service architecture, and scaling are essential. Proficiency in developing flow diagrams using tools such as Lucid chart & other development management tools.
    • Stakeholder Management: Possess excellent collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work across cross-functional teams. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Measurement and Analytics: Experience in establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform products. Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to measure and analyze the impact of platform initiatives.

    Agile Environment: Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and iterative work environment

    • Prioritization: Skillfully prioritize tasks based on impact and feasibility, enabling quick and iterative value delivery.
    • EffectiveCommunication : Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and plans with stakeholders to prevent misunderstandings and facilitate product development.
    • TechnicalCompetence : Understand product technology for detailed comprehension, roadmap outlining, and meeting technical requirements.

    AgileandScrumMethodologies : Proficiency in embracing change, adapting to feedback, and delivering value quickly through collaborative teamwork and iterative processes
