    Product Owner Location:
    Bay Area, CA As part of their role on a product team, a successful Product Owner should fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Experience in developing Data and Analytics driven Insights
    • Experience working with AI models to develop Insights is highly desirable
    • Collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
    • Defining requirements where the product is a platform.
    • Writing and owning user story definition and providing technical information for the development teams
    • Technical expertise to communicate with the users of the product and the members of the development teams who build the products for the users of the platform.
    • Understanding user needs, personas and explaining the grooming the requirement to development team
    • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
    • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
    • Liaising with the product team, developers, and end-users to deliver updates.
    • Participating in Scrum meetings, PI Planning, sprint planning
    • Communicate to close gaps between engineering teams and business

    Ideal qualifications:

    • Experience as a product owner for a complex system in an agile environment
    • Expertise in owning user story definition, grooming and closing gaps between business and dev teams
    • Technical background, ability to work with cross functional technical teams.
    • Expertise in Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence
    • Experience of SAFe methodology
