- Comfortable presenting to technical audiences
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
- Licensed Professional Engineer (any State Board)
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategies for business growth
- Ability to influence individuals from individual contributors to C-Suite executives
- Passion for learning and collaborating with teams to solve complex problems
