- Must demonstrate a level of competence in property upkeep, equipment maintenance, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, grounds keeping, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and custodial (including care of waxed floors) responsibilities.
- Must be able to safely operate equipment commonly or occasionally used including mowers, tractors, and buffing machines.
- Must possess a flexible attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work unsupervised.

Job Focus:
This position is responsible to provide direct assistance with the day-to-day Area Services property department operation by performing building and equipment maintenance, grounds keeping, snow removal, minor renovations, sanitation and cleaning, event set-up and clean up, organization of supply areas, and transporting of donations.
The Area Services office is located at 966 E. Main Street, Columbus, serves as the home base for this position.Salary:
$17.00 Hour + a fantastic benefit package** Benefits: * A great place to work serving those who come to us for assistance.
Work Environment:
regular one on one meetings with supervisor, opportunity to serve on employee committee.
