Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team at our facility as Maintenance Staff.

• Maintaining floors throughout the building, including waxing and buffing as needed
• Ensuring the building and grounds are clean, safe, secure and in good repair
• Maintaining cleanliness of student and employee restrooms
• Painting projects and upkeep
• Event set up and breakdown
• Other duties include cleaning glass, dusting, trash removal
• Routine upkeep of exterior grounds areas, parking lot and green spaces
• Addressing or reporting any issues in a timely manner
• Occasional repairs around the building and property
• Delivering packages to classrooms and offices
• Restocking of consumable products
