    Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge in West St.

    Paul offers senior living with services to 127 customers, a 37-bed transitional care and rehabilitation center, 24 memory care apartments and 10 care suites.

    Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Rehab team.


    Schedule:
    On-call availability: Every 4th Saturday required - set rotation. Other shifts as needed.

    Minimum requirement would be 1 Saturday per month and 1 holiday per yearMinimum qualifications:

    MN Occupational Therapist licenseTwo years of experience as an OTRProven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independentlyDiverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior populationCreative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organizeHigh degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serveBasic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systemsSensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationshipsAbility to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service PrinciplesAbility to embrace Walker Methodist's Mission: Life.
